Shipping & Returns/Refunds Policy – FS Equipment


Shipping

All our orders are carefully packaged and shipped with couriers, who’s service best suits the item ordered and route of shipping.  

Processing Times 

Your order will be processed within 1-2 Business days. We strive to ship same business day. At worst we ship next business day. If processing is delayed, we will inform you. 

Shipping Times (AUSTRALIA) 

Express 1-3 Business Days 

Standard 1-7 Business Days 

You must supply a physical address for us to ship effectively. PO Boxes are not accepted.

Shipping Times (INTERNATIONAL) 

International Rates are as quoted, not standardised. Please comment your needs in the comments section of cart.

Standard Shipping 3-20 Business Days

You must supply a physical address for us to ship effectively. PO Boxes are not accepted.

Buyer Collection

You may collect from the FS Equipment depot in Hemmant QLD 4174 by prior arrangement.

Important Notes:

  • Your Order is conditional upon freight quotation being agreed.
  • Receipt of your payment confirms the order.
  • Goods will be shipped to your nominated shipping address.
  • All FS Equipment arranged freight is insured.
  • Packaging charges may be added (by quotation) for items requiring special attention.
  • No goods will be released or dispatched until proof of payment is received.

Returns Policy (online):

All goods and items supplied in the sales order shall be governed by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (the Act). Goods reconditioned and sold by FS Equipment and warranted by FS Equipment will carry warranties individual to that item. Goods supplied by FS Equipment are subject only to the applicable manufacturer’s written warranty (if any) and, except to the extent prohibited by law, all other warranties with respect to Goods are hereby excluded. 

  1. All returned goods must be accompanied by the original invoice.
  2. A photo of all parts being returned must be provided to show the conditions of the parts and packaging before being approved for return.
  3. Goods will be accepted for credit when returned in the original, unmarked packaging within thirty (30) days of purchase.
  4. A 15% restocking fee will apply for returns greater than thirty (30) days from invoice date.
  5. No goods will be accepted for return:
    1. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return.
    2. When items have been fitted or used or marred in any way which reduces the resale value or saleability.
    3. If hose or other part has been cut to size per customer requirements.
    4. For items which have been specially procured.
    5. When goods are not accompanied by the original invoice.
  6. The cost of freight for returned items is the responsibility of the customer.
  7. No return will be accepted for credit, other than for warranty issues, more than six months from purchase.
  8. Credit card charges will not be refunded.

Not necessarily. Legally, refunds are only available in limited circumstances.
You are entitled to ask the trader for a refund if the item you bought is:

  1. Not of acceptable quality / does not match the description / does not match the sample or model shown to you.
  2. You are not automatically entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or you later discover that you picked the wrong item or the item doesn’t fit.
